Henry Denander was born in 1952 and graduated from Uppsala University in 1973. During the years 1984 -1992 he was the chief financial officer for the Sonet Group, with affiliated record companies and music publishers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the United Kingdom.

From 1992 to 2008 he was a partner in Denander & Grahl KB with Stefan Grahl. Together with Anna-Kari Armandt they managed a company that offered financial and legal advice as well as full administrative services and bookkeeping.
Henry Denander is now back to working on his own and carrying on his business in Denander & Co AB.

Henry also manages Upgrade Music, representing a number of international music publishing catalogues for Scandinavia and the Baltic States.

Henry also owns Kamini Press, which publishes poetry by Swedish and international poets, mostly in English.

Edvard Pomander was born in Eskilstuna in 1972 and has many years experience in the Swedish music industry. He works as an editor of Kamini Press.
